Previous attempts to solve the issue had taken

-over two hours
-and they had only resolved part of the problem.
Looking for a more efficient and cost-effective solution they called HMT for advice.
An HMT area sales manager visited site and advised using
-a VersaDrive® TurboTip to drill out the bolts
-a VersaDrive® Impact Reamer to clean out and enlarge the holes
-a VersaDrive® ImpactaTap to rethread the holes.
Using this process the remaining 3 holes were operational again in less than 3 minutes.
Results
Approximately 12 man hours saved in under 3 minutes
