This combination set of CarbideMax® 110 Broach Cutters is designed for Bridge Rehab and Steelwork crews involved in rivet removal works.

Instead of using tooling that causes high levels of Hand Arm Vibrations (HAVs), such as pneumatic rivet busters, CarbideMax® Cutters can be used to cleanly and efficiently core drill through existing rivets using a Magnetic Drill, before VersaDrive® Reamers enlarge holes ready for the fitting of new structural bolts.

Numerous advantages are gained using this process including increased speed of working, improved safety, easier access and no requirement for heavy and dangerous compressed air systems. With CarbideMax® 110 Cutters' extended cutting depth, rivets of up to 100mm can be drilled in a single pass, with no need for extension arbors or changing position.
