As a Dealer
Being a qualified stockist and approved dealer doesn’t just mean showcasing products. Full training is provided to qualifying staff members, both technical and non-technical. Marketing support and Point-of-Sale (POS) materials are also available to help attract customers online and in-store.

Maximising your Sales
As we mentioned earlier, training is one of the first thing we conduct to qualifying stockists and staff members. This covers all aspects of our bestselling products in terms of functionality, usability and specifications. We also give access to professional and sales training videos.
Demonstration kits are utilised by employees showcasing products to potential customers. This allows customers to experience a true sense of the product. The POS-friendly products come in hanger packs along with a whole bunch of free brochures and literature available to distribute.
From a technical standpoint, we boast a new, easy-to-use e-commerce site containing all products and technical information. We also have an import-ready product setup on our system and site for easy product imports. So, customers should have no problems finding and ordering products online.
As icing on the cake, we also hold Demo days and offer Open day support. This means joint visits with your salespeople along with the HMT demo van to see all the works in action, literally.

How it Works
As soon as you become an approved HMT stockist, we send you new customers and orders to handle. We offer a 30-day end-of-month credit term and a proforma invoice for the first order.
Delivery
Customers can order by phone, email or online with free delivery on orders over £200. For orders below £200, a next day delivery charge of £9.50 is incurred. For next day delivery before 10:30am, a £20 delivery charge is incurred on all orders. We have over 25,000 items in stock, available for next day delivery.
All deliveries are done directly to customers, so there are no extra charges or hassle to you. Each delivery has a tracking link which is sent to customers for ease of mind via text or email.
